摘要
目的探讨临床应用呼吸支持联合营养支持治疗高龄重症肺炎患者的效果。方法选取我院收治的90例高龄重症肺炎患者,按随机数字表法随机分为研究组30例和对照组60例,对照组给予基础呼吸支持治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予阶梯式呼吸支持及营养支持联合治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用呼吸支持联合营养支持治疗高龄重症肺炎效果满意,值得应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of respiratory support combined with nutritional support in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 90 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital were randomly di- vided into the study group with 30 cases and the control group with 60 cases. The control group was given respiratory support, and the study group was treated with stepwise respiratory support and nutrition support on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the clinical curative effect was obviously better in the study group than in the control group with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical application of respiratory support combined with nu- tritional support has satisfying curative effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia, which is worthy of widely applica- tion and promotion.
