摘要
中国石化金陵分公司250万t/a柴油加氢装置,以第Ⅲ和第Ⅳ套常减压装置生产的柴油和第Ⅱ套催化裂化装置生产的催化柴油为原料(后者质量分数约为10%),其中含硫质量分数约为1%,采用FHUDS-5/FHUDS-6催化剂组合工艺技术,在精制反应器入口温度为320—330℃,反应压力为7,2MPa的条件下,可生产清洁柴油。结果表明,FHUDS-6催化剂活性强,装填在反应器上床层,有利于多环芳烃的饱和;FHUDS-5催化剂装于下床层,有利于脱除大分子硫化物。精制柴油产品的质量得到改善,密度较原料平均降低23.0~25.0kg/m^2,十六烷值均高于50,满足欧V标准要求。
FHUDS- 5/FHUDS- 6 combination catalysts were applied to the 2.5Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit of Jin- ling Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC,with atmospheric and vacuum diesel from unit Ⅲ and IV and catalytic cracking diesel ( mass fraction about 10% ) from FCC unit II as raw materials (sulfur- bearing mass fraction around 1% )at inlet tempera- ture of reactor 320 - 330 ~C , reaction pressure 7.2 MPa. The results showed that FHUDS -6 catalyst with higher activitywas packed in the upper bed layer to saturate the polycyclic aromatics,and FHUDS -5 catalyst was packed in the lower bed layer to remove macromolecules sulfide. The quality of diesel product was improved including that the density was re- duced by 23.0 -25.0 kg/m3 averagely and the cetane value was more than 50,which meet the Europe V standard.
