摘要
钢缆带式输送机的钢丝绳被卡绳器制动后,可以有3%的变形量和1.5%的磨损量,这和轴与孔的过盈配合过程有相似之处;因此有必要对卡绳器与钢丝绳接触过程进行动力学分析。通过接触分析,得到卡绳器楔块与钢丝绳应力集中的部位,找到结构的危险区域,为结构优化奠定了基础。
After the wire rope of cable belt conveyor being braked by rope clamping device, it has 3% deformation and 1.5% abrasion loss, which is similar to the shrink fit of shaft and hole. Thus, it is necessary to carry out the dynamic analysis on contact process of the rope and the rope clamping device. Through the contact dynamic analysis, stress concentration locations of the wedge of the rope clamping device and the wire rope were obtain, and dangerous zones were determined, which established the basis for structural optimization.
