摘要
玉米粗缩病是一种由带毒灰飞虱传播的病毒性病害,可对玉米生产造成严重影响。本文综述了玉米粗缩病的病原、病害症状、发病规律与防治手段,并对玉米粗缩病抗性育种研究进行了概述,着重介绍了玉米粗缩病抗性育种在常规育种、分子标记辅助育种及转基因育种中取得的进展。
Maize rough dwarf disease （ MRDD）, a virus disease spread by virus - borne small brown rice planthopper, could seriously influence maize production. In this article, the pathogen, symptom, occurrence rule and control means of MRDD were reviewed. The researches on MRDD - resistant breeding were summarized focusing on conventional, molecular marker- assisted and transgenic breeding.
