摘要
某皮卡车型在海南试验场进行绕八字试验时,半浮式后桥半轴出现断裂问题,通过对故障件进行各项指标检查,并根据汽车设计有关理论知识,找出其根本原因,然后,重新制定了改进方案,且样品通过了绕八字试验验证及整车45 000 km耐久验证,为今后的后桥半轴设计提供参考。
During around eight test of a pick-up models in Hainan test fieht, semi-floating rear axle fracture problems occurred, through checking the indicators of failure parts, and according to the vehMe design related theoretical knowledge, the underlying causes were found out, then the improvement scheme was reenacted. Moreover the samples have passed around eight test and vehMe durability 45 000 km verification, whieh provided reference in design of the semi-iloating rear axle for the future.
