摘要
本文分析了美国电离辐射生物效应委员会(BEIR)发表的 BEIR Ⅳ报告。BEIR Ⅳ报告对资料比较齐备的4个矿工队列的资料进行了氡致肺癌危险度的重新估算,结果看到追踪年龄和照射后经过时间(TSE)是决定氡致肺癌相对危险(RR)的重要因素,并建立了肺癌危险估计的 TSE-RR 模型。利用 TSE-RR 模型估算室内氡的危险,结果表明一般居民肺癌中有10%可能与室内氡照射有关。
Re-estimation of risk coefficient of radon induced lung cancer was made by BEIR Ⅳ of theUnited States after calculation of data of 4 miner cohorts.The result shows that age of follow-up andtime since exposure(TSE)are important factors of relative risk(RR)of radon induced lung cancer,then a TSE-RR model was adopted instead of the constant-RR model.Results of calculation with TSE-RR model show that about 10% of lung cancer cases happened in the public may be induced by indoorexposure to radon.
