摘要
青年教师是高职院校师资队伍的主力军,关注青年教师的生存现状,促进青年教师的职业发展。目前高职院校青年教师面临着经济条件差、招生压力大、科研竞争大、职称评定不公平、工作内容多元复杂等困境。只有改革高职院校办学体制、大胆实行高职院校兼并与重组、改变教师用工形式、改革薪酬制度等策略才能有效改善青年教师的生存状态。
Young teachers are the main forces of faculty in higher vocational colleges. It＇s inaportant to concern about their survival status to promote their career development. Young teachers in higher vocational col- leges currently face the difficulties of poor economic conditions, enrollment pressure, research competition, un- fair job classification, and diverse and complex work loads. Only by reforming the system of higher vocational colleges, merging and restructuring the colleges boldly, changing teachers＇ employment forms, reforming the salary system, can young teachers＇ living conditions be improved effectively.
