摘要
地方高校学习型党组织能力建设要取得实效,主要应采取四种途径。第一,紧扣师生职工的专业提升学习能力;第二,夯实基础,提高党组织的生机和活力;第三,搞好与学习相关的活动;第四,领导干部搞好服务。
Four ways should be taken to make the capacity construction of learning party be effective. First, professional staff and students enhance learning ability; second, make sohd foundation, and increase vigor and vitality of party organizations; third, organize learning-related activities well; fourth, leading cadres make a good service.
