摘要
随着海洋工程设计、制造、安装能力的不断提升,海洋石油进军的水深不断加深,海洋平台及导管架单重不断增大,所采用的钢板越来越厚,因此,对海洋工程中厚板及超厚板的焊接工艺提出了新的要求。以蓝疆号大型起重铺管船托管架建造过程中150 mm高强度厚板焊接程序试验为例,应用手工电孤焊和埋弧自动焊的焊接方法,对超厚板焊接工艺程序进行研究。通过该研究结果,总结出合理的焊接工艺,对试验中出现的问题进行了分析,研究结果对后续厚板及超厚板焊接研究有着非常重要借鉴意义。
Along with the national maritime strategy, offshore oil engineering ability of design, construction and installation more and more stronger. The weight of jacket and topside is growing. The thickness of the plate used in offshore oil engineering increased. Some of them can be called super thick plate. There are some difficult for thick plate welding procedure specification (WPS). The stinger of 'Lanjiang' vessel used high strength plate. It maximum thickness is 150mm. This article research the welding procedure specification for thick pate. By the results of the study, successfully worked out a reasonable WPS for shield metal are welding (SMAW) and submerged--arc welding (SAW). These will be more important learning for the following research.
