摘要
人事管理信息化是提高人事工作效能的途径,也是规范、整合人力资源的有效工具。分析对人事管理工作的现状及问题,指出人事管理信息化的意义,提出构建人事信息管理平台的构想。
Personnel management informationization is not only the way to improve the effectiveness of personnel work, but also an effective tool for regulating, integrating human resources. This paper analyses the status and problems of personnel management, and puts forward the idea of building a platform of personnel information management as far as the significance of personnel management informationization is concerned.
