摘要
采用自制的倾斜板冷却剪切装置制备ZL104半固态浆料,研究了倾斜板长度对半固态ZL104合金晶粒形态的影响.结果表明:倾斜板长度对ZL104合金组织内部剪切作用及物理冶金作用具有明显的影响,倾斜板长度在500~650mm区间内能够得到晶粒球化和细化效果较好的合金组织.其中在650mm得到的ZL104组织绝大部分晶粒等效直径在10 μm左右,形状因子在达到0.66和0.85以上时所占晶粒总数比例分别为47.14%和21.21%以上,具有较好的晶粒细小度及圆整度.
The experimental equipment with inclined plate cooling and shearing was developed to prepare semi-solid ZL 104 alloy slurry. The effects of inclined plate length on grain shape of semi-solid ZL 104 alloy were studied. The results show that the inclined plate length had remarkable influence on physical metallurgy and shear action ofZL 104 alloy. Fine spherical grain in the semi-solid ZL 104 alloy slurry can be obtained in range of 500-650 mm of inclined plate length. Most of the grain equivalent diameters were about 10 p.m at 650 mm length of the inclined plate. The grain total number proportion is more than 47.14% and 21.21% respectively when the grain shape factor was 0.66 and over 0.85. The semi-solid ZL104 alloy has better grain fine degree and roundness.
