Synthesis and Characterization of 4-Methyl / bromo-2-(arylaminomethyl)Phenols

摘要 采用"一锅法",以取代水杨醛和取代芳胺为原料,在无水乙醇中加热回流生成Schiff碱,然后经硼氢化钠还原合成了一系列新型4-甲基(溴)-2-(芳胺甲基)苯酚类化合物,并用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR等对其结构进行分析与表征。 A series of 4-methyl/bromo-2-(arylaminomethyl)phenols were salicylaldehydes and substituted anilines via Schiff bases, followed by reduction with The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. synthesized from substituted NaBH4 in one-pot procedure.
