摘要
二级轻气炮发射实验中,为了获得更高发射速度,通常使用压缩空气推动重活塞压缩驱动气体(通常选择He或H2)达到高温高压状态,高压可燃性气体的存在对实验员的安全造成威胁,为了改善工作环境,提出了高速气炮远程控制技术;系统运用了计算机技术、传感器技术及DSP技术,完成对气炮的远程控制和高速弹丸的速度测量;设计了上位机控制软件,实现了电磁阀控制命令发送、气压数据和阀门状态显示等功能;结果证明了该系统具有性能稳定、操作简单、人机界面友好等特点。
In the two--stage light gas gun launch experiment, in order to get a higher launch speed, we usually promote the heavy piston compression driver gas ( generally He or H2) with the compression air to reach the high--temperature and high--pressure state. However, the high pressure flammable gas is a threat to the security of the laboratory assistants, as a result, we come up with the remote control technology of high- speed gas gun to improve the working environment. The system completes the remote control and the speed measure- ment of the high--speed projectile with the computer technology, the sensor technology and the DSP technology, We also design the PC con trol software, and the system realizes several functions, which are the control command transmission of the solenoid valve and the display of the pressure data and the valve state. All these results prove the stable performance, the simple operation and the friendly interlace and some other traits of the system.
