摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立一个简易的平板裂纹模型,对应力强度因子K和J积分进行仿真计算,采用1/4节点单元模拟裂纹尖端的奇异性,自由划分网格。通过对求得的应力强度因子K和J积分的数值解与解析解的比较,明确了断裂参量之间的相互关联性。同时介绍了建立简单三维轴系模型的方法,为船舶轴系裂纹故障缓解提供理论基础。
Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, a simple flat crack model was established, the stress intensity {actor and J integral were calculated. Quadratic element was applied to simulate singularity around the crack tip, and the model was meshed freely. By comparing the value of stress intensity factor and J integral with the analytic solu tion,it shows the relationship between the fracture parameters. It also introduces the method of creating the simple 3-d shafting model and provides theoretical foundation for marine machinery crack fault mitigation.
