摘要
采用有机硅树脂活化建筑垃圾再生骨料(Recycled Concrete Aggregate,RCA),对再生骨料掺配率为0%、30%、60%和100%的沥青稳定碎石ATB进行马歇尔试验和路用性能试验。结果表明,再生骨料的吸水率和压碎值偏高,而密度和强度偏低,进而导致含再生骨料ATB的沥青用量增大、马歇尔稳定度和弯拉强度降低;经有机硅树脂活化后,再生骨料的强度以及与沥青的粘附性提高,吸水率降低;含再生骨料的ATB的低温性能和水稳定性随着再生骨料掺配率的提高逐渐降低,而再生骨料能改善ATB的高温性能。
The recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) was activated with silicone resin,and the Marshall test and performance tests were carried out for ATB mixtures with four different RCA blending ratios of 0%, 30%, 60% and 100%. The results show that the porous RCA results high water absorption and crushing value and low density and intensity,as well as the high optimal asphalt content, low Marshall stability and blending strength of ATB containing RCA. The activation of RCA by the silicone resin improves the strength,absorption and adhesion with asphalt. The low-temperature performance and water stability performance decrease with the RCA ratio increasing. The RCA improves the high-temperature performance of ATB.
