摘要
简要介绍了山东泰钢不锈钢酸退线的1780mm四辊平整机如何由非在线换辊改为在线换辊的过程,主要通过机械及其它辅助的改进方案把平整机工作辊在线换辊的时间大大缩短至10min左右,满足了用户的使用。
The paper briefly introduced the process of Shandong Taigang stainless steel acid eleang after annealing line 1780mm temper mill with four rolls on how to change the roll from non online to online. Time of the changing roll is greatly reduced to about 10 minutes to change the temper mill work roll online mainly through me- chanical and other auxiliary changed improved plans, which meets the users＇ requirement.
