表现为发作性肢体麻木无力的脑淀粉样血管病一例 被引量：2

摘要 临床资料患者，男性，69岁，右利手。因“发作性右上肢麻木无力3d”首诊。发作形式刻板，表现为右上肢远端无力，无法旋转钥匙开门，右手背麻木感。每次发作持续数秒至10余分钟可自行缓解，每天发作1次。
