摘要
以常规棉籽壳培养料为对照,测定了工厂化金针菇菌渣培养料中秀珍菇子实体常规营养成分、氨基酸和微量元素的含量,探讨培养料中添加工厂化金针菇菌渣对秀珍菇营养成分的影响。结果表明,粗蛋白、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、半胱氨酸、缬氨酸、微量元素锌和硒等的含量均显著提高,其余营养成分无显著差异,表明工厂化金针菇菌渣可以替代部分棉籽壳作为秀珍菇栽培基质。
To investigate the effect of spent industrialized Flammulina velutipes substrate (SIFS) added in cultivation substrate on nutritional components of Pleurotus geesterani, P. geesterani was cultivated on two growth substrates, one of which the cotton seed hulls component( constituting 57% of the basal formula) was all replaced with SIFS, and the concentrations of selected nutritional components in P. geesterani fruitbodies had been determined. The results showed that crude protein, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, cysteine, valine, Zn and Se contents increased significantly, and the contents of other nutritional components had no significant differences. So SIFS could replace partial cotton seed hulls to cultivate P. geesterani.
