摘要
技术创新是海归企业生存发展的关键,有着重要的研究意义。通过分析中国海归企业发展的研究现状,发现海归企业发展机制特别是技术创新机理缺乏研究,因此本文通过整合中西社会网络理论,构建了海归企业发展中的二元网络度量和分析层次理论,然后阐释了中国海归企业的探索性学习和利用性学习的相互关系及特有优势,在此基础上,构建了中国海归企业基于二元网络和组织学习的技术创新发展模型,并提出了相关命题。
Technology innovation is key to China returnee enterprise and is worth of researching. Firstly, this paper analysis the re- search about the development of China Returnee Enterprise, then find that the mechanism of development of China Returnee Enter- prise, especially the mechanism of technology innovation is blank. So, the paper build the theory about measures of ambidextrous net- work and levels of analysis of the network through integrating theory of the social network of Chinese and Western society. After explain the relation and advantage of exploring learning and exploiting learning of China returnee enterprise, we construct the technological in- novation model based on the ambidextrous network and organizational learning and propose relative propositions.
