井下分注管柱电动验封技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对机械式验封技术存在的坐封可靠性低,影响验封成功率,作业时出现钢丝被拉断的现象,以及验封数据准确度低等问题,研发了电动验封技术。该技术由地面控制系统、电缆和井下电动验封仪等组成,地面控制电机进行胶筒坐封和解封,1次下井即可完成管柱验封,避免了钢丝频繁投捞,提高了工作效率。25口井的现场应用结果表明,电动验封技术的验封成功率达到100%,配水器最大下入深度达2 572 m,验封后仪器胶筒均无损伤、无遇卡现象,为井下分注管柱验封开辟了新途径。 There are some problems with mechanical sealing check technology, such as low setting reliability which affects the success rate of sealing check, the tensile failure of steel wire in operation and low accuracy of sealing check data. Therefore, electric sealing check technology was studied and developed. The system for the technology consists of ground control apparatus, cable and downhole electric sealing check device. The ground con- trol motor conducts the setting and releasing operations of packer rubber. Just one downhole operation can complete string sealing check, thus avoiding the frequent dropping and fishing of steel wire and improving the operating effi- ciency. The field application of the technology in 25 wells indicates that the sealing check success rate of the tech- nology reaches 100% and the maximum running depth of water regulator is 2 572 m. After sealing check there is no damage to the check device and rubber sleeve and no sticking occurs. The research opens a new route for the sealing check of separate injection string.
