摘要
探讨华中地区采用折板式间接蒸发冷却技术的原则和效果。阐述了在华中地区夏季室内外空气参数的特点,分析了该地区应用折板式间接蒸发冷却技术的条件和方法,并通过实例研究了间接蒸发冷却系统的节能性及影响其运行效果的因素。研究表明:在华中地区采用间接蒸发冷却器对工艺回风进行预冷后回用较工艺回风全部外排或全部回用方式节能23%。认为应大力推广该项节能技术,在应用中应注意环境条件与相关参数对节能量的影响。
Principle and effect of adopting folded plate type indirect evaporative cooling technology in central China region were discussed. Property of indoor and outdoor air parameters in summer in central China region was introduced, Condition and method of applying folded plate type indirect evaporative cooling technology in central China region were analyzed. Energy-saving and factors of effeeting operation of the indirect evaporative cooling system were researched by example. It is considered that in central China region, energy can be saved about 23 % when adopting indirect evapora- tive cooler to reuse processing return air than that of exhausting or reusing processing return air fully. It is pointed out that the energy-saving technology should be promoted, effect of environment condition and related parameter on energy- saving should be paid attention to.
