摘要
目的通过实验研究密腺小连翘提取物抗衰老的药理作用。方法测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、单胺氧化酶B(MAO-B)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)在小鼠脑组织和血清中的活性。结果密腺小连翘提取物能提高小鼠体内SOD的活性,降低MAOB、AChE的活性及MDA的含量。结论密腺小连翘提取物具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective To analyze the anti-aging effect of Hypericum seniavinii by experiment. determine the activity of MDA, SOD, MAO-B, and AChE in the brain and serum of mice. Results Hypericum seniavinii can enhance the activity of SOD in mice, decrease the activity of MAO-B, AChE MDA in mice. Conclusion The extracts of Hypericum seniavinii have certain anti-aging effect.
