摘要
温岭预制厂是引黄南干线国际Ⅱ、Ⅲ标管片生产主要基地 ,为 5 #、6 #、7#隧洞的 2 #TBM、3 #TBM、4#TBM提供二次支护片衬砌用管片 ,承包商建立了 4条自动化程度很高的管片生产流水线 ,本文简要介绍了管片生产的施工方法、工艺流程、质量控制措施情况。
Wenling Prefabrication Factory is the main base manufacturing concrete segment for the International Bids Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the YRDP.The contractor built up four concrete segment production lines of high automation.In this paper,the construction method,technological process and quality control measures of manufacturing concrete segment by the four assembly lines are introduced in detail.
