摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,探讨六盘水不同社会阶层成年人健康行为研究,研究结果:六盘水不同社会阶层的成年人体质一般的居多,不同社会阶层成年人自身体质评价分布存在显著性差异,不同阶层成年人的食用油炸、甜食比较集中每周1~4天之间,早餐食用次数大多数是在5、6、7次左右,外出就餐的次数基本上在0~4天,大多数人是处于步行的交通方式,集中小强度体育锻炼、静态活动锻炼方式上,不同社会阶层成年人在营养状况、交通方式、睡眠、锻炼方式上存在显著性差异,旨在提高六盘水不同社会阶层成年人健康生活水平,养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,为全民健身运动的可持续发展提供一定的实用参考价值。
Using the method of documentary, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, this paper discusses the different social adult health behavior research in liupanshui, the results: different social classes of adults' constitution play main role, and exist significant differences, different class adult' s fried, sweets are concentrated, around 1 to 4 days per week, breakfast is about 5, 6, 7 times per week, the number of eating out is almost 0 to 4 days, majority people take walking as transportation means^low intensity exercise^static exer- cise activities, different social class in adult of nutritional status, transportation mode, sleep, exercise exist sig- nificant differences, aiming at the improvement of the different social class adult health life level, develop good physical exercise habit, provide certain practical reference value for the sustainable development of the nationwide fitness campaign.
