摘要
20世纪60、70年代发生在美国的家庭危机是困扰美国社会最严重的社会问题之一,历届总统都将恢复保守主义家庭观作为不懈努力的目标,"新好莱坞"青年导演们所倡导的新浪潮电影观也受到冲击,很多导演开始翻新和再现60年代以前的价值观。1980年代最为成功的影片之一《雨人》则进一步成功地将"公路"从"叛逆空间"转变为"治愈空间"、"回归空间",开创了新的"心灵鸡汤"式的公路电影,即"治愈式"旅途片,讲述现代性焦虑与想象性解决,其核心价值观是好莱坞的主流家庭观。
Family crisis in 1960s and 70s was one of the most serious social problems in America and every president since set persistent goals to restore the conservative family values. The views of new wave film advocated by the "New Hollywood" youth directors were also been influenced and thus many directors began to renovate and represent the values before 1960s. Rain Man,one of the most successful movies in 1980s,successfully transformed the "road movie" into "rebel space", "cure space" and finally to "regression space",and created a new "Chicken-Soup-for-the-Soul" road movie,or,the "Cure"Travel Movie narrating the modern anxiety and imaginative solution with its core value of the mainstream Hollywood family values.
