摘要
大学生创新素质的培养关系到国家、民族的未来。但由于受我国传统儒家文化的负面、高校教育观念的滞后、高校管理体制的弊端、教育评价标准的缺陷等影响,我国新时期的大学生无论是创新意识,还是创新思维、创新精神、创新能力、创新人格都还有待进一步提升。因此,应通过树立以生为本的创新育人理念、建立健全创新的师生激励制度、创建鼓励创新教学的评价机制、搭建开展创业教育的实践平台等,着力培养当代大学生的创新素质。
The cultivation of university students＂ innovation quality is closely accompanied with our nation＇s future. Nevertheless, the current students still have many deficiencies in their innovation qualities , ranging from consciousness, thinking pattern to innovative spirit , capacity and personality. What lead to those problems are the negative effects of traditional Confucian culture, the lag of educational concept in universities, their management systems＂ weaknesses, as well as the defects of university＇ s evaluation criteria. Therefore, university students＂ innovation quality should be cultivated through setting up students - oriented educational concept, making fresh - new incentive systems among students and teachers, establishing evaluation systems which encourage creative teaching, building diversified employment platforms, and attaching great importance on the cul- tivation of students＂ innovation abilities.
