钯配合物催化邻-溴苯基丙烯酸酯分子内烯基化反应的研究-香豆素的新法合成 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了钯配合物催化邻-溴苯基丙烯酸酯分子内烯基化反应制取2H-1-苯骈吡喃-2-酮(香豆素),考察了催化剂、配位体、反应温度和反应时间对反应产物产率的影响,并对产物分布的生成机理进行了讨论。 2 H-l-Benzopyran-2-one ( Coumarin ) was successfully synthesized by palladium-catalyzed intramolecular vinylation of o-bromophenyl acrylate. The influences of different catalysts, different ligands for Pd(OAc)2, reaction temperature and reaction time were examined. According to the reaction products distribution the mechanism of the reaction was discussed.
