摘要
针对转速辨识过程中积分初始相位和输入直流偏置对积分环节造成的输出误差与积分饱和问题,研究了一种带直流偏置提取环节的改进型磁链观测器,可补偿定子电动势的直流分量,从而消除积分问题。将改进型磁链观测器应用于模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)转速辨识方法中,提出了鼠笼电机矢量控制系统转速辨识方案。仿真和实验结果表明提出的改进型转速辨识方法能准确反映电机转速变化情况,转速辨识系统具有良好的动态响应和稳态精度。
Aiming the input direct current(DC) bias causes output deviation in the process of speed identification, an improved flux observer with DC bias extraction link is proposed which can eliminate the integral error.The flux ob- server is applied into rotor speed identification using the theory of model reference adaptive system (MRAS), and the ro- tor speed identification scheme of cage motor voctor control system is proposed.Simulation and experimental results show that the speed identification can reflect the state of actual speed based on improved strategy, and the speed identification system has good dynamic response and steady accuracy.
