摘要
近年国内已开通地铁的城市先后发生过车站站台屏蔽门玻璃自爆的情况,造成较大的社会影响。这一现象也引起了政府管理部门和各地铁公司的关注。介绍了钢化玻璃自爆成因:主要由玻璃中微小的硫化镍颗粒体积膨胀引发。提出了解决及应对措施:对钢化玻璃进行热均质处理,地铁公司应加强运营服务人员的应急演练,现场的运营服务人员应按专项应急预案及时处理等。通过分析说明,地铁站台屏蔽门设计选用钢化玻璃是安全、可控、可行的。
In recent years, spontaneous detonation of tem- pered glass installed on platform screen doors (PSD) has occurred in many cities, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen,Shanghai and Xi'an,etc. ,which situation is seri- ously worried about, because it might result in large social impact. This phenomenon has also attracted the attention of government departments and metro corporations. It is the volume expansion of tiny nickel sulfide particle that causes tempered glass spontaneous detonation, and the method of hot homogenization on the tempered glass is thus proposed. Simultaneously, the metro corporations should streng then the emergency drills for operational service staff and the personnel in charge of on-site operation, the service shall be granted special contingency plans for timely processing of addrcss and response measures. Finally, the quality of tem- pered glass that used on metro PSD at present are analyzed, they are safe, controllable and feasible.
