摘要
车站备用金管理是城市轨道交通车站管理的主要内容之一。近年来,随着车站逐渐采用无人售票的运营模式,对备用金的需求量不断增加。通过对目前车站备用金配备数额把控方面存在的主要困难进行剖析,以上海轨道交通10号线南京东路站为例,阐述了具有普遍适用性的车站备用金测算方法和思路,并对如何加强备用金管理进行经验总结:动态调整各站备用金的数量;建全备用金监管控制。为类似的城市轨道交通线路运营提供借鉴。
Station petty cash management is one of the main works in the management of urban rail transit (URT) sta- tion. Since the stationshave gradually adopted unmanned mode, the demand for station petty cash is increasing. Tak- ing East Nanjing Road Station of Shanghai metro Line 10 as example, and through analyzing the major difficulties in es- timating the demand for station petty cash, some generally applicable methods are expounded, which will provide use- ful experiences for similar URT lines to strengthen their station petty cash management.
