2型糖尿病同伴支持在实践中的可行性及有效性 被引量：19

摘要 同伴支持是一种来自他人的支持措施.2型糖尿病同伴支持的主要模式包括专业人员领导的群组看病及同伴交流、同伴主导的面对面自我管理模式、同伴指导、互助小组、电话形式的同伴支持、互联网形式的同伴支持及社区卫生保健人员模式的同伴支持.2型糖尿病同伴支持在疾病管理的实践中具有可行性,但有效性尚不一致.
