杀菌剂对番茄早疫病病原菌的抑制作用 被引量:5

摘要 采用常规方法分离纯化病原菌,研究了50%烯酰吗啉WG等7种杀菌剂对番茄早疫病病原菌的室内毒力测定。结果表明:50%烯酰吗啉WG、687.5g/L霜霉威氟吡菌胺SC和32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯AS对早疫病菌的抑菌作用较差;70%丙森锌WP对病菌有一定的抑制作用;而72%霜脲氰·锰锌WP、250g/L阿米西达SC和18.7%烯酰·吡唑酯WG具有良好的抑菌作用,其有效成分EC50分别为95.965μg/mL、51.029μg/mL和13.082μg/mL。 The toxicity effect of seven kinds of fungicides such as 50% Dimethomorph on tomato earIy blight pathogen isolated and purified by conventional method were determined in the present work. Pathogenicity test results showed that 50% Dimethomorph WG, 687.5 g/L Fluopicolide · Propamocarb SC or 32. 5% Difenoconazole ·Azoxystrobin AS had less antimicrobial effect on the pathogen of tomato early blight, and 70% Iprovalicarb WP certain antimicrobial effect. However, 72% Cymoxanil · Mancozeb WP, 250 g/L Azoxystrobin SC or 18.7% Pyraclostrobin · Dimethomorph WG gave best antimicrobial effect in comparison with other fungicides, with EC50 of 95. 965 μg/mL, 51. 029 μg/mL, and 13. 082 μg/mL, respectively.
