摘要
以江西省南昌市9个开发区为研究对象,从土地利用状况、用地效益、管理绩效3个方面对各开发区土地利用集约情况进行分析,并构建评价指标体系、确定指标权重值,采用多指标综合评价法对其土地集约利用水平进行评价,得到南昌市开发区3个指标的集约度分值,分别是81.15、52.45和100.00,综合分值是74.87。研究结果表明:南昌市开发区土地利用属于基本集约利用类型,开发区土地建成率较高,工业用地固定投入产出强度较低,管理绩效集约度突出。最后对开发区土地集约利用提出合理性的建议。
Taking nine development zones in Nanchang City Jiangxi Province,as the research object,from three aspects,namey land use status,land use benefit,performance management situation of land use in the development zones was analyzed,and an evaluation index system was built to determine the value of index weights,using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of intensive land use,the intensity scores of three indictors of the development zones were obtained,which were 81.15,52.45 and 100.00 respectively,and the composite score was 74.87.The research results show that the land use in Nanchang development zones,belongs to the basic intensive use type,and has higher rates of land building,the fixed input-output intensity of the land for industry low ; and the management performance is of outstanding intensity.Finally,some suggestions for intensive land use in the development zones are put forward.
