摘要
由16 MN精锻机生产的Q345D圆钢,经锻后正火处理,其力学性能偏低。对钢材化学成分、非金属夹杂物、显微组织、低倍组织等进行分析,找出了钢材力学性能不合的原因并提出了改进措施。
Q345D round steel manufactured by 16MN finish forging machine is poor in mechanical properties after normalizing treatment. Through the analysis of its chemical composition, nonmetallic inclusions, microstructure and macrostructure, reasons are found and measures for the improvement are proposed.
