System analysis and implementation of three-dimensional CAPP based on MBD

摘要 工艺规划与设计是产品设计制造过程的关键环节,随着越来越多的制造业企业采用三维CAD进行产品设计,基于MBD的工艺规划已经成为航空、航天、汽车等复杂产品制造业企业的迫切需求。文章对基于MBD的三维计算机辅助工艺规划系统需求进行了分析,以基础服务为核心,设计了基于SOA的系统总体架构,并对系统实施关键技术进行了初步研究,提出了集中调研、行业需求模型研究、关键技术攻关、系统开发、行业应用验证与产品化相结合的项目实施方案,为系统开发及三维CAPP项目实施奠定基础。 Process planning is the key link in the designing and manufacturing of a product. As three- dimensional CAD is applied to product design by more and more manufacturing enterprises, process planning based on MBD (model based definition)has been an urgent need for the complex products of many enterprises in aerospace, aviation and automotive industries, the paper analyzes the system need for process planning based on MBD, designs the system architecture based on SOA with the basic service as the core, makes a pilot study on the system implementing technologies , and proposes the implementing program which includes enterprise investigation, study on industry need model, key technologies research, system development, combination of industry application & verification and products, which lays the basis for the system development and the implementation of three-dimensional CAPP.
