摘要
结合西安欧亚学院图书馆的组织机构改革和馆藏布局调整,探索高校图书馆读者服务工作的创新:建立资源采选体系与制度;实行藏、借、阅、咨询为一体的“大开架”借阅模式;加强与分院的合作;实行学科馆员制度等,并开展了个性化的导读服务。
According to the organization reform and the storage layout adjustment of the Xi' an Eurasia University library, this paper makes an investigation into the innovative practice in serving readers at college libraries: 1 ) to establish a resources-purchasing system, 2) to adopt the"large-open-shelf" borrowing mode which integrates storage, borrowing, reading and consuhancy into a whole, 3 ) to strengthen the cooperation with the schools of universities, 4) to carry out the system of discipline librarians, and 5) to provide readers with personalized service.
