摘要
作为教学质量监控主要手段的学生评教在实践中只发挥了有限的作用,因而其有效性遭到质疑。基于对学生评教有效性的反思,提出学生评教有效性的分析框架:指标体系的科学性、评价方法的多样化、评教结果的利用程度及其产生的影响力,并为提高学生评教有效性提出了对策建议。建立与教学有效性密切相关的指标体系;在评教中综合使用定性方法和定量方法;拓宽评教结果的用途,并合理使用,使其产生深远的影响。
As one of the main means to monitor the teaching quality, students ' appraisal of their teachers'performance is not ideal in practice, and its effectiveness has been questioned. Based upon the reflection of the effectiveness of students' appraisal of their teachers' performance, this paper designs a framework to analyze the effectiveness, including the seientificalness of the index system, the diversifi- cation of the appraisal methods, the utilization of the results of students' appraisal, and the influences of the appraisal results. Besides, in order to improve the effectiveness of students' appraisal, the paper provides some suggestions, which are as follows : 1 ) to establish an index system closer to the effective- ness of teaching, 2) to adopt both the qualitative method and the quantitative method in students'ap- praisal of their teachers' performance, and 3 ) to make full use of the appraisal results so that they have wider, profound and lasting influences.
