摘要
认为福建省高职院校招生难的原因为社会偏见与就业现实的共同作用,学校内涵建设落后于规模发展及缺乏校企合作土壤等。提出正确定位政府角色,高职院校走内涵式发展道路和实现工学结合等对策,并提出制定专业和课程建设标准、中高职协调发展和构建现代职业教育体系等长期发展策略。
This paper analyses three reasons for admission trouble of vocational colleges such as social prejudices and actual employment, connotation construction falling behind scale development, the absence of soil for college enterprise cooperation and big employment gap. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes three countermeasures such as proper government position, connotation development and combination of pro duction and teaching, as well as three long term strategies including formulation of major and curriculum construction standards, coordinated development for middle and higher vocational education, and construction of modern vocational education system.
