摘要
塔河油田由于特殊的油藏类型,导致钻井过程中裸眼井段过长且同一裸眼井段内存在多套地层压力系统,加之部分井井型复杂,使测井工程事故的预防和处理更加复杂。根据测井工程事故分类,结合工区近年来发生的典型测井工程事故分别从事故原因、事故处理过程、提前预防措施等3个方面进行分析,对钻具输送测井电缆在井口碰断后的处理过程进行了重点探讨。测井事故的预防应从钻井和测井2个方面综合进行考虑;防止快速接头落井装置和井口电缆防碰装置在预防测井工程事故及复杂化方面起到了良好效果。
Due to the special reservoir type of Tahe oilfield, openhole sections in drilling process are too long, the same borehole has multiple formation pressures, and types of some wells are quite complex, which makes logging engineering accident prevention and treatment more complicated. According to the classification of the logging engineering accidents and some typical accidents occurred in recent years, the accidents are analyzed respectively such as cause of the accidents, accidents treatment and early prevention measures. Meanwhile, the treatment of the broken logging cable of conveying drilling tools at wellhead is discussed as an emphasis. Logging accident prevention should be considered comprehensively from the drilling part and the logging part. Besides, "to prevent fast-joint falling device" and "wellhead cable anti-collision device" have played significant role in the prevention of logging engineering accidents.
