摘要
近年来大学生创业热情逐步高涨,但大学生创业资源相对匮乏且整合不力始终是影响成功创业的关键因素。因此,大学生在创业过程中把有限的资源,通过一定模式转化为自身竞争优势显得尤为重要。这就需要创业者对创业资源进行科学的整合和管理,使各种创业资源相互融合贯通,从而使有限的资源发挥出最大的效用。
In recent years,college students＇ enthusiasm for entrepreneurship gradually rising.But the poor consolidation and relative lack of entrepreneurial resources is always the key factors affecting the entrepreneurial success. Therefore,it is particular important for college students to put the limited resources in to their own competitive advantage through a certain model in the entrepreneurial process.This would demand the entrepreneurs are integrated and scientific management of entrepreneurial resources and make the entrepreneurial resources integration through,so that the limited resources can play the greatest effectiveness.
