摘要
一所民办高校培养的人才能否成为社会建设中的中流砥柱，能否适应社会发展的需要，是否有一定的抗压能力，个体是否能健康发展，与这所学校的教育息息相关。大学校长的办学理念决定了学校的办学方向，影响人才培养的目标和质量，对学生的心理健康发展起着导向性的作用。如果办学理念定位不准，就会影响学生的素质培养。本课题研究的主要内容就是探讨校长的办学理念对学校发展和学生心理健康的影响。
Whether the students trained by a non-governmental college become the backbone for the Socialist construction, whether they can meet the demand of the development of society and whether they can grow healthily depend upon the education they received in colleges. The School-running principles of Presidents of Non-governmental colleges will influence on college students＇ Psychological health. The author gives a tentative study on the influence on students＇ psychology by school-running idea of presidets of non-governmental colleges.
