摘要
环境和贸易之间有着复杂的关系，两者间是相互影响，相互制约，一个领域的政策措施会不断的对另一个领域产生显著而重要的影响。环境对贸易既有积极影响，又有消极影响。一方面，严格的环境保护政策，会给发展中国家贸易带来不利影响；另一方面，环境为贸易可持续发展提供了基础。如果我国要保持贸易利益和经济的可持续发展，就必须注意环境和贸易的关系，并且采取必要的应对措施来趋利避害。
There is a complicated relationship between environment and trade and they will influence and restrict each other. The policies and measures in one field will continuously influence the policies and measures in the other field. The environment will produce both positive and negative influence on the trade. On one hand, the strict environmental protective policies will bring about negative influence on the developing coun- tries, while on the other hand, the environment provides the foundation for the sustainable development of trade. If our country wants to keep the sustainable development of trade and economy, we must pay attention to handling well the relationship between environment and trade and take necessary counter-measures to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.
