摘要
目的：探讨应用Ilizarov外固定支架治疗膝关节畸形的疗效及护理方法。方法：对17例膝关节畸形患者行Ilizarov外固定支架矫形，并给予术后观察及护理指导。结果：随访6—12个月，X线摄片显示有连续骨痂生长，拆除外固定支架时，17例患者均矫形成功，畸形矫正满意。结论：Ilizarov技术治疗膝关节畸形疗效确切，根据患者病情制定个体化护理计划，并科学指导康复训练是矫形成功的重要环节。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of external fixation with Ilizarov fixator and nursing methods in the treatment of deformity of knee joint. Methods 17 patients with deformity of knee joint were treated with external fixation with Ilizarov fixator and they were provided postoperative observation and nursing guidance. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months, X -ray film showed continuous bone callus growth. 17 patients were successfully corrected after removal of the external fixator. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Ilizarov technique is definite in the treatment of deformity of knee joint ,the individualized care planning and rehabilitation training under the scientific guidance is the key to the orthopedic success.
