两种飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK矫正近视眼的屈光效果比较

摘要 目的比较Femto LDV和IntraLase FS飞秒激光仪制瓣的LASIK矫正近视眼的屈光效果。方法选取接受飞秒激光制瓣LASIK的近视眼患者共204例(408只眼),应用Femto LDV(LDV组)和IntraLase FS(IntraLase组)制瓣各102例(204只眼),再使用WaveLight准分子激光仪行基质切削。记录术后7天、1个月及3个月的裸眼远视力(UDVA)、矫正远视力(CDVA)及屈光状态。结果术后3个月时,两组间的评估指标结果相近,包括CDVA不变或有提高的术眼百分比、UDVA不差于术前CDVA的术眼百分比、等效球镜(SE)在±0.50 D范围内的术眼百分比、术后3个月与1个月的SE差值在±0.50 D范围内的术眼百分比(P>0.05)。结论 Femto LDV和IntraLase FS飞秒激光仪制瓣的LASIK矫正近视眼具有同样良好的安全性、有效性、准确性和稳定性。 Objective To compare the refractive outcomes between Femto LDV and IntraLase femtosecond laser LASIK in the correction of myopia. Methods A total of 408 eyes of 204 myopic patients received LASIK with Wave- Light excimer laser system. Corneal flap were created using Femto LDV (LDV group) and IntraLase FS (lntraLase group) (204 eyes of 102 patients in each group). Uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA), corrected distance visu- al acuity (CDVA) and manifest refraction at 7 days, 1 month, 3 months postoperatively were evaluated. Results At 3 months postoperatively, both groups showed comparable outcomes, included the percent of CDVA unchanged or im- proved, the percent of postoperative UDVA better than or equal to preoperative CDVA, the percent of spherical e- quivalent refraction (SE) within ±0.50 D of the target refraction change, and the percent of a change in SE within 0.50 D between 1 month and 3 months postoperatively (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both Femto LDV and IntraLase femtosecond laser LASIK show similar good safety, efficacy, predictability and stability in the correction of myopia.
