针刺拔罐配合悬吊运动疗法治疗肩周炎46例疗效观察 被引量:1

To Observe the Effect of Acupuncture and Cupping and Curative Effect of 46 cases of Periarthritis of Shoulder Sling Exercise Therapy

摘要 目的:探讨针刺拔罐配合悬吊运动疗法对肩周炎的疗效的临床观察。方法:将46例患者随机分为针罐配合悬吊治疗组和单纯针刺拔罐对照组,在治疗前后进行疗效统计。结果:在总有效率及治愈率方面,2组的差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。针罐配合悬吊运动疗法组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显低于针罐组,差值明显高于针罐组。针罐配合悬吊运动疗法组治疗后关节活动度(ROM)评分及前后差值均明显高于针罐组,2者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针罐结合SET运动疗法综合治疗本病效果好,值得推广。 Objective :To explore the clinical observation of curative effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with exercise therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis of suspension. Methods:46 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture and cupping combined with suspension treatment group and simple acupuncture and cupping group, curative effect statistics before and after treatment. Results: showed that: in the total effective rate and cure rate, difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). After treat- ment, acupuncture and cupping combined with visual analog scale Sling Exercise Therapy (VAS) was significantly lower than that of acu- puncture and cupping group, the difference was significantly higher than that of acupuncture and cupping group. Acupuncture and cupping combined with sling exercise therapy group after treatment the joint activity (ROM) score and the difference were significantly higher than those before and after acupuncture and cupping group, the difference between the 2 was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Acupuncture and cupping combined treatment with SET exercise therapy of this disease effect is good, worthy of promotion.
