摘要
目的对应用达菲林与腹腔镜手术方式联合对子宫内膜异位症患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取152例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组76例。对照组患者采用单纯腹腔镜手术方式;治疗组患者采用达菲林联合腹腔镜手术方式。结果治疗组患者子宫内膜异位症病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;住院接受治疗时间明显短于对照组;两年内妊娠率明显高于对照组;出现不良反应人数明显少于对照组;治疗后子宫内膜异位症复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用达菲林与腹腔镜手术方式联合对子宫内膜异位症患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of triptorelin and laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with en- dometriosis. Methods A total of 152 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 76 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the laparoscopy; while patients in the treatment received triptorelin and laparoseopy. Results The curative effect for patients with endometriosis in the treatment group was significantly better than the one in the control group; its hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the one of control group; its pregnancy rate within 2 years was significantly higher than the one of control group; its number of cases with adverse reaction was significantly less than the one of control group; its recurrence rate of endometriosis after the treatment was significantly less than the one of control group. Conclusion There is the obvious clinical effect of triptorelin and laparoseopy in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.
