摘要
时锻件的准确测量可以提高锻件的精密制造能力，减少资源浪费．目前我国大多数锻件生产厂主要采用传统人工测最方式，效率低，误差大。本文论述了利用关机臂三坐标测量机扫描锻件，提出了以中点对齐的方法．该方法操作简单，快速，适用性广，测量结果达到实际要求。
the accurate measurement of the forging can improve the precision manufacturing ability of forgings, reduce the waste of resources, at present most forging manufacturer in our country mainly uses the traditional manual measurement mode, low efficiency, high error. This paper discusses the use of shutdown arm three coordinate scanning measuring machine forging, put forward by the method of point alignment, the method is simple, rapid, wide applicability, the measurement results to the actual requirements.
