摘要
以磷酸三钙(TCP)为分散剂,甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为油相和水相反应单体,通过基于高速剪切分散的界面聚合制备包裹檀香精油在聚氨酯壁材内的微米级微胶囊。利用红外光谱、扫描电镜、激光粒度仪、热重分析仪和带热台3D显微系统表征和分析了所得微胶囊的化学组成、形态结构和缓释性能。发现通过调节悬浮化剪切强度、PEG相对分子质量等因素,可制得形态规整、表面光滑致密、精油包裹率和包裹效率高的缓释精油微胶囊。
This study prepares micron-sized mierocapsules with sandalwood essential oil wrappeu m polyuct material with tertiary calcium phosphate (TCP) as dispersing agent and methylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate (TD[) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) as oil phase and aqueous phase reaction monomers with interracial polymerization method based on high-speed shear dispersion. This paper analyzes the chemical constitution, morphological ~trueture and slow release performance of microeapsules made through infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, laser particle size analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and 3D mierosystem with heating stage and discovers that slow release essential oil mierocapsules with regular morphological structure, smooth and compact surface and high essential oil wrapping rate and wrapping efficiency can be prepared by adjusting suspension shear strength and PEG relative molecular mass.
