78例子宫粘膜下肌瘤行子宫动脉栓塞术后并发症的回顾性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:回顾性分析子宫粘膜下肌瘤行子宫动脉栓塞术(Uterine arterial embolization.UAE)后的并发症。方法:78例子宫粘膜下肌瘤患者,单纯粘膜下肌瘤42例,混合粘膜下肌瘤36例,经右侧股动脉穿刺,行双侧子宫动脉介入造影栓塞术。结果:78例均穿刺、栓塞成功,右下肢穿刺部位血肿6例(7.69%),下腹部疼痛78例(100%),发热23例(29.49%),恶心、呕吐32例(41.03%),便秘19例(24.36%),阴道出血78例(100%),排瘤40例(51.28%),感染2例(2.56%),闭经2例(2.56%)。结论:UAE治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤虽为微创手术,但其并发症亦不容忽视,术后应仔细观察,积极处理。
