摘要
在对当前秦安县土地利用现状、结构、特征以及存在问题进行评价基础上,将秦安县土地划分为侵蚀堆积河谷区、低山黄土粱峁沟壑区、中山梁峁区,根据不同区的生态环境、经济社会学条件提出不同的土地整治模式。
